I started RD Verify because I kept getting the same question from clients and from people in my comments: is this supplement worth it, or am I wasting my money?

Most of what you find when you search a product name is either a press release rewritten as an article or an affiliate page written by someone who has never opened the bottle. I read the actual research, look at the doses on the label against what the studies used, compare the price per serving to what else is on the shelf, and when it makes sense, I take the product myself and tell you what happened.

Sometimes the answer is that a supplement is worth it. More often the answer is that you could get the same result from food, or from a cheaper version of the same ingredient. I will tell you either way.

Everything here falls into three areas. Start with whichever one matches what you are trying to solve.

Strength & Performance

Creatine, protein, and holding onto muscle as you get older. If you are over 40 and lifting, or trying to start, this is where most of the useful supplement research actually lives.

Gut Health

Fiber, constipation, probiotics, and the growing pile of digestive supplements promising to fix your bloating. A lot of these work. A lot of them are expensive versions of psyllium.

GLP-1 Nutrition

If you are on Zepbound, Wegovy, or a compounded GLP-1, the supplement questions change. Appetite is low, so every bite has to count. Protein and fiber stop being optional. Constipation becomes the thing nobody warned you about.
